The property has two queen beds, and two twin beds, one Sleeper. 

The private pool area was completed in 2004 and it is the perfect sun trap, with its 6 foot wall for privacy and tropical landscaping you really know you are in paradise. With only 800 feet to the sugar white sandy beach. Enjoy the wonderous colorful sunsets each evening from the beautiful beach or from your very private pool area.

Anna Maria island is a very special island, with its dolphins, manatees, abundance of wildlife, glorious beach, breathtaking sunsets, lush landscape, warm people, it has fabulous restaurants, excellent fishing, fishing piers, and boating and water-sports, the list is really quite endless.

So forget all your worries, kick off your shoes and come stay at our beautiful property.

Cleaning fee 130,-- $ plus 11,5 % Tax

Actually very simple! You can't rent less than 30 days. I will be driving by on a weekly basis on all the violations we have and monitor vehicles. Also, the members in Key Royale that filed the complaints will be monitoring anyway. When you comprise your list just send it e-mail. Name of family and state or country they are from. Showing dates they arrive and depart. It's really not that hard.
